This is my 10th kitchen after marriage as we changed residences in India & abroad.After my marriage I started to cook or rather experiment while finishing my formal PhD in Bio-science.Our sir used to say that" good cooking is actually very easy.First criteria is that the material should be fresh & of good quality.Secondly food should be thoroughly cooked with right amount of salt & sugar." My family which comprises of fussy & choosy eaters also helped me further to invent different types of food which requires little time to make. Each member of my family have different tastes & requirements.Even our pet cat" Che" has a list of food he likes & dislikes.
